Ángel Flores, a member of the Guardia Civil with the rank of Major, heads the Intelligence and Coordination Department of the National Centre for the Protection of Critical Infrastructure (CNPIC) in Madrid, Spain. With more than 13 years of experience in various assignments, he has demonstrated leadership and responsibility in fields such as Judicial Police and Critical Infrastructure Protection. His exceptional contributions have earned him recognition, including individual commendations and
police and military decorations.
Mr. Flores holds a degree in Law and Legal Sciences of Public Administration. He also holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. He has carried out various studies related to the Judicial Police within the Guardia Civil.
