Mr. Javier Simon received an M.Sc. in telecommunication in 2000 from the
Technical University of Madrid, Spain. He received an M.A. in 2008 in energy
company management from the Universidad Antonio de Nebrija. Since 2001 he has worked for Iberdrola in the Telecommunications department. He is currently the Head of Iberdrola’s Network Management Center, responsible for leading Deployment, Operation and Maintenance tasks of a multi-manufacturer and multi-technology network that provides telecommunications solutions to the company’s business needs.
